• introducing/maintaining necessary procedures to detect fraud
• investigating all instances of suspected fraud
• reporting all suspected fraud to the appropriate authorities
• assisting authorities in the investigation and prosecution of suspected fraudsters
• recovering wrongfully obtained assets from fraudsters
• canceling orders we deem fraudulent
If any details of your order alert our automatic fraud prevention system, a hold may be placed on your order until we are able to reach out to you through the contact information provided to confirm/clarify any points of suspicion. This will not move your place in line unless your order is completely canceled and you are directed to reorder.
