Your CosmoGlo has an adjustable clamp that allows you to raise and lower the height of your light. The clamp has three parts, the circular clamp itself, a long, reverse-threaded screw, and a screw flap. The screw can be loosened or tightened as needed to help you adjust the height using a philips head or flathead screwdriver. Turn screw to the left to tighten, and right to loosen.
Please see video below to reattach your clamp flap should it come off during initial height adjustment.
Steps to Reattach your Clamp Flap
- Insert clamp screw with the large round screw head/top on the left
- Hold the flap next to the screw, facing down with the slanted edge towards the poles.
- Turn your screw to the left to begin threading into the flap.
- Adjust as needed until the light is stable when the flap is down, and moves when the flap is up.
