- Check your email. If your order was recently queued for fulfillment, you will have a shipment notification with your tracking number. You can click your tracking information to follow.
No tracking number/ not seeing movement on tracking/ item has not shipped yet?
No worries! Your order is most likely still in processing. Most orders ship in 1-3 business days, and delivery time frames vary by carrier.

Using the email address you used to purchase, Log In or Create an Account by clicking the person icon in the upper right corner of our home page or click here to go directly to the account login screen.
Don't have an account/don't want to create one? That's ok, you don't need an account!
However, it can help you keep track of your order and manage your addresses.
Once logged in, you will see your Account Details and Order History. Under history, click directly on the order # in question to pull up the current status of your shipment(s).
If your item has shipped, you will see a tracking number under the header Fulfillment. Yay! Click to see details of your upcoming delivery on the carrier's website, set delivery alerts, or request a hold.
If you do not have a tracking number listed for the order in question, your order has not shipped yet. We are here to help and will be happy to provide an update on your shipment!
