We will do our best to try to make this change for you. There are times we can redirect a package; however, that option is not always available to us with the carrier. Once an item has shipped, it is no longer in our control or possession at CosmoGlo.
Should we not be able to redirect your package, you will be delivered that light that was shipped to you. At that time you would contact us to process the order as a 14-day return by submitting a return request here. Once we receive the item back to us, we will have a replacement sent to you. Customers will be responsible for return shipping and replacement shipping costs, and invoiced prior to the replacement being sent. Please see our Return Policy for further information.
