CosmoGlo is unable to manage installment payment plans done through 3rd parties.
CosmoGlo can make updates to existing orders regarding product choice, shipping details, or to process a cancellation. We receive these standard order details after a customer purchases an item from our store, so we can update those.
We are not be able to see or access any information submitted by the financial institution in terms of interest rates, payment amounts, number of installments, or due dates, etc. These are considered to be private information in a contract between you and the financer. They pay CosmoGlo in full for your items, and then you submit payment to them over a period of time in a contracted agreement.
For anything having to do with payments, moving or changing payment due dates, or financial questions for Shop Pay or any outside payment method, you would need to contact the financer you've chosen directly.
