CosmoGlo can provide information on orders that are placed, but for anything having to do with Shop Pay or any payment method, you would need to contact them directly.
We receive the orders after they are placed, paid for and sent over to us. We cannot manage installments. We can process existing orders where payment was fully submitted and, for example, a refund is requested from CosmoGlo.
If you have not completed all of your installment payments, we are unable to assist until fully paid and the order is sent to CosmoGlo. We will not be able to see or access any information until it's submitted by the financial institution.
