What is it?
CosmoGlo Protection is subscription-based protection designed to provide coverage for your CosmoGlo light in case of accidental damages not covered by the warranty and protects you after your warranty expires.
How does it work?
Purchase one protection plan per CosmoGlo light at checkout. You will be billed $6.99 on a monthly recurring basis to keep your coverage active. You can then submit a claim for replacement parts for damages if anything goes wrong.
How is it different from Route Package Protection or CosmoGlo's Manufacturing Warranty?
- Route Package Protection covers your shipment in case of loss, theft, or damage from the time of pickup at our factory until delivery.
- CosmoGlo's Manufacturing Warranty only covers manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of delivery.
- CosmoGlo Protection covers everything else! This includes broken parts, falls, scratches, or other cosmetic damages not normally covered by the warranty or shipping protection.
